meditation workshop

Help your team to unwind, relax and find their inner peace. The expert facilitators will help participants to practise mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises. The class will encourage everyone to focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. This helps to train attention and awareness, helping to achieve a mental clearity and calm emotions.

Duration: 30 mins – 1 hour. Usually booked in a block of weekly classes over 6 weeks.

Participants: Suitable for groups 3 – 30 people.

Available live at your event throughout the UK. Also available as a live or pre-recorded vitual activity worldwide.
